The company FALLSCHIRMWERBUNG HELLER (translated: Skydiving Advertising Heller, short: FSW HELLER) was found in 1976. Carl Boenish (1942-1984), the legendary grandmaster of freefall-cinematography, was the one who was talking his disciple Klaus Heller into the idea to distribute Boenish´s skydiving movies SKY DIVE!, WINGS, MASTERS OF THE SKY and SKY CAPERS on PAL-format in Europe. In the following years and decades, Heller constantly extended his stock on skydivingvideos with productions of the world´s best freefall-cinematographers as Norman Kent, Tom Sanders, Mike McGowan, Leo Dickinson and Patrick Passe. Today, FALLSCHIRMWERBUNG HELLER offers the largest selection in skydiving DVDs, CD-ROMs and videos worldwide! Furthermore, the company also sells books, pictorials, postcards, posters and other skydiving related accessories.
Until the early 90^th, FSW HELLER has produced quite a few advertising spots and movie scenes with skydiving sequences. The company also developed the renowned camerahelmet HELLER HELMET and the precision viewfinder HELLER SIGHT. In 1993 the affiliated company Air Action GmbH (www.air-action.de) was found to continue the production of camerahelmets & mounts and to coordinate unusual aerial stuntwork and cinematography while FSW HELLER concentrates its activities on the distribution of skydivingmovies & books.
